Customers are responsible for return postage unless an item is faulty. We strongly recommend a tracked or recorded service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method and send you a confirmation email. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return, or of receiving evidence that it has been sent if earlier. Your bank may need a little extra time to place the funds in your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. Please clearly state the item and size you would like on your returns form. If the requested replacement is unavailable we'll contact you or issue a refund to your original payment method.
In-store purchases
Items purchased in one of our stores must be returned to the original store with the original receipt or other valid proof of purchase. We cannot process a change-of-mind return without proof of purchase.
Faulty items
If you believe an item is faulty, please email customerservice@cubcornwall.co.uk before returning it. Include your order details, a description of the fault and, where possible, photographs. We'll explain the next steps and arrange a resolution.
